Borrow money without income
In the Netherlands it is quite difficult to borrow money without income. Most lenders will assess your financial situation by means of a 'credit assessment' before granting a loan.
When it turns out that you have no income, or when your financial situation is very unstable, most banks and lenders do not dare to provide you with a (large) loan. Borrowing money without income is of course possible, the only option you actually have is to take out a 'mini loan'.
Mini loan without income
Most providers of mini loans do not carry out a (good) credit assessment before transferring the money. People without income can therefore also apply for a mini loan from these lenders. The question is whether it is wise for your financial situation to borrow money without income, because it is difficult to meet the (strict) conditions of lenders in that way. A mini loan usually has to be repaid (including interest) within 15 to 30 days of depositing the loan amount. More information about the mini loan can be found here.
Loan up to 1000 US dollars without income
A mini loan can be taken out for an amount up to $ 1000, above that amount you can look at other loan forms such as a personal loan or revolving credit . However, such loans can rarely be taken out without having an income or equity (assets). When taking out a loan, the income of your partner is also taken into account, if your partner does have an income, a loan can often be taken out.
Borrow money with income
Once you have a stable income, a lender or bank will be a lot easier to provide your loan. The lenders can determine a maximum loan amount for you on the basis of your monthly income. The credit assessment also looks at the value of your possessions (for example, house or home) and the income of your partner.
